Bellafini's is owned by Christopher P. Giaimo
All of the recipes are a secret and are made solely by him.  They were created through a culmination of things his Mother taught him, and his Grandmother taught her,  and go back a long way through Sicily's history. Christopher studies countless hours of cooking history from different regions of Italy and 100's of hours of testing and trying his original, and personalized recipes.

Given more time to get a bigger kitchen with the proper equipment, he is determined to bring you the absolute best food you will ever have.
He is very limited right now in his small overcrowded kitchen.

In a short time he has outgrown the present restaurant space,  he is unable to keep enough food on hand for the current in-pouring of customers.  This has all been done wihout any advertising.  The owners did not even get a chance to spread the news and tell anyone about their opening.  Word of mouth is spreading throughout the city.  Bellafini's is hidden on a side road, so they do not even get off-street traffic, and now people are lining up to get in.
